Ray Quinn as Doody
Dancing on Ice star Ray Quinn will rejoin the West End cast of Grease, this time as Danny Zuko. Quinn, who made his West End debut as Doody in the musical in 2008, begins performances at the Piccadilly Theatre on May 11.

Prior to competing on Dancing on Ice, Quinn came in second to Leona Lewis on X-Factor. He released the platinum album Doing It My Way which led to a sell-out tour of the U.K. He has also appeared on popular soap Brookside. On rejoining the cast of Grease as Danny, Quinn said: "I'm so thrilled to be playing Danny in the West End. Grease is such an all time favorite and to be in the role made so famous by John Travolta is amazing. I can't believe my luck, it's a dream come true!"

Grease was written by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. The production is directed by David Gilmore and features choreography by Arlene Phillips. It currently stars Danny Bayne as Danny, Nicola Brazil as Sandy, Stuart Ramsey as Kenickie, Natalie Langston as Rizzo, Benjamin Ibbott as Doody, Kristofer Harding as Roger, Bennett Andrews as Sonny, Emily Bull as Frenchy, Laura Wilson as Jan, Emma Stephens as Marty, Jason Capewell as Vince and Teen Angel, Jamie Tyler as Eugene, Emma Green as Patty, Marie Daly as Miss Lynch and Kristina MacMillan as Cha-Cha.
