Liam Mower, the child actor who created the title role in Billy Elliot in March 2005 (along with George Maguire and James Lomas), took his final bow in the Olivier Award-winning musical on 30 September. The crowd roared as Mower was visited onstage by his original co-stars and presented with a surprise gift: a puppy named Billy. After the final bows at the Victoria Palace Theatre, the compan--along with director Stephen Daldry and more of the show's original stars--celebrated at the Mint Leaf restaurant. Bravo, Liam! We'll miss you!
