Three new cast members join the company of Avenue Q at the Noel Coward Theatre on 4 June. Jennifer Tanarez takes over as Christmas Eve, Mary Doherty as Mrs Thistletwat and in other parts, and Delroy Atkinson as Gary Coleman. Current cast members Jon Robyns, Simon Lipkin, Julie Atherton and Sion Lloyd are all staying with the show.

Tanarez is making her professional West End debut in Avenue Q. Doherty was seen recently in Merry Wives: The Musical at Stratford for the RSC, and Atkinson’s musical appearances have included roles in The Harder They Come, Lautrec, Jerry Springer the Opera, The Bomb-itty of Errors, Rent and Five Guys Named Moe.
